The Pocahontas Housing is located at 1320 Dalton Street in Pocahontas, AR. We have 145 units total for low income families based on 30 %  of your income. With range and refrigerators and some utilities furnished. Washer & Dryer hookups in each apartment. We have Studio, One, Two and Three Bedroom units.  All have central heat and air and the grounds are maintained. We have Resident Mangers on Site for assistance

Each apartment has a Range, Refrigerator and stackable Washer and Dryer furnished. Some Utilities are furnished too. The complex is all level ground with no steps. The Grounds are maintained all year round.
