The mission of Pocahontas Public Schools is to provide quality learning environments so that all students can master the essential objectives in each subject or grade level.  Students will be encouraged to achieve their highest level of academic performance.  The district will attempt to foster in all children positive emotional, social, and intellectual growth.  Recognizing that education is a cooperative effort, opportunities will be provided for communication and involvement of parents and community in preparing our children to live and work in a rapidly changing world.
