Drama Daycamp Defeats the Doldrums
The Studio for the Arts has just the cure for the middle of summer doldrums. Drama Daycamp begins next Monday and runs through Friday from 9:00 to 3 daily. The camp is open to kids 6 to 14 with a fee of $48.00.
Lots of Imagination Station class work and the basics of acting will lead to a performance at the end of the week.
To register for the camp, call or come by The Studio for the Arts at 1401 Hwy. 304 E. in Pocahontas, across from Black River Technical College, 870-892-0030. Campers are to wear comfortable clothing that enables freedom of movement and must bring a sack lunch daily.

Randolph County Farmers' Market
The Farmers' Market is now open Tuesday afternnoons (2pm - ??) as well as Saturday Mornings (7am-??). The market is located on Hwy. 67 in front of the Pocahontas Municipal Airport. This year's market is bigger and better with more vendors and more shoppers than ever before! Some items available this year are: *eggs, various types of produce (from tomatoes to eggplants!), fresh fruits and vegetables, various potted plants, and more.
