This FREE 120-minute educational program will be presented by estate planning and elder law attorney, Douglas R. Jones. Mr. Jones has 20 years experience in helping Arkansas residents plan estates. He is a member of the American and Arkansas Bar Associations and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. His seminars are entertaining and easy to understand.
Estate Planning Issues covered will include: How to Avoid Probate and Guardianship, How the New Estate Tax Law may affect your estate plan; the Dangers of Joint Tenancy; and Problems with Out-of-State Property.
Elder Law Issues covered will include: How to Find a Good Nursing Home, Get Good Care There and Pay for it Without Going Broke; The effect of HIPAA on Health Care Documents, and other Elder Law issues.
